The Menard Indirect Meat-Smoker comes complete with a Fire Box for cooking with indirect heat slowly and at low temperatures. Using charcoal or your favorite type of wood chunks or chips, your fire box creates a convective cooking chamber for even, thorough cooking, while the smoke infuses creating a “smoke ring” and “the bark” beautifully. Cooking temperatures can be honed once the fire settles to the temperature you desire by simply adjusting the damper and chimney flow access into positions that keep the heat constant and the air flow steady.
Our indirect smoker is both durable and dependable and will keep you from having to buy a new grill or smoker for many years to come. 10 ga. steel is used to make this product and it prevents those hot spots which can create rust and eventual holes in your smoker. This Meat-Smoker has a dual functionality and can be used alternatively as a grill. It’s small enough to keep in the backyard year-round and built to the specifications required by professional Pit Masters. Great for first timers to learn on and figure out everything there is to know about smoking meats, but on a smaller scale. It’s also a great replacement for an old grill and allows you to keep the space occupied at a minimum by combining both cooking methods.
