This trailer model,features a 2,000 lb. axle, a 2" ball hitch. Like our Stationary model our trailer-mounted Rotisserie Meat-Smoker is constructed of 10 ga. steel and holds a constant temperature, no mater the weather or air temperature outside. Build a fire with plenty of wood and you can go do something else for hours while you cook.
This Rotisserie Meat-Smoker features 4 trays, each 10" wide. allowing ample room to add yours and everyone else's favorites...ribs, whole chickens, pork butts, brisket and anything else that you can find to throw on there... All of them constantly rotating throughout the cooking chamber, allowing every inch of your BBQ masterpiece to cook evenly inside and out while infusing that smokey flavor of the burning wood and creating a "Smoke Ring" that shows just how much smoke was absorbed. Of course no BBQ is complete without having that crusted outside layer known as :'The Bark" on your finished product. Once you open the lid on your smoker for the first time since you put the meat on, you'll see that like everything else you've done during your cook, The Bark on your BBQ is crusted evenly and the coloring is unparalleled perfection.
